Refund Policy
Our garments are dyed and produced in Small Batches as per requirement from time to time. This is done to avoid overproduction and wastage of raw materials as well as the efforts of our production team. All item(s) go through a stringent quality check at the workshop, followed by another check before dispatching your orders. However, we understand there can be a human error made at our end, and we apologize in advance for the same! Hoping you will give us another chance.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept only Exchanges & Returns against another product or store credit, in case of a size issue, incorrect product, or damaged product. Since our products are made to order, only one-time exchanges & returns are accepted. Any customized/altered item(s) will not be applicable for exchanges & returns. Any sale items are not applicable for exchanges or returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, the customer must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery, and write to us at support@shopsolasta.in. Alternatively, the customer may Whatsapp us at +91 95284 70527 or DM us on Instagram. The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 5 days from receiving. The customer will have to bear the return shipping cost and send the product back to our office. For any product exchange, new shipping cost maybe applicable to the customer.
Store Credit
A store credit with a validity of up to 90 days will be issued against any returns processed, the details of which will be emailed to the customer. The customers must utilize the store credit within 90 days as once the code expires, we won't be able to process it any further.
Goods once sold may only be exchanged for a replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions, as listed below:
- Our team must be notified within 3 days from the date of delivery in order to initiate the return/exchange of the product;
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice and tags intact;
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent;
- All items should be free of makeup stains;
- Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer;
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer;
- Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- All store credits, exchanges, or refunds (exclusive of shipping paid) will only be made IF all terms and conditions have been met.
- Once we received the package your Refund will be credited in next 24 to 48 hours.
Please Note:
The brand will not be responsible for any damages during transit or caused due to any third party;
The brand will only accept returns and exchanges against item(s) sold via www.shopsolasta.in, social media handles (Instagram), and Whatsapp, and original receipt of the purchased item(s);
The brand will not be responsible for offering returns and exchanges against item(s) sold via any third party, including but not limited to other social media handles, offers, pop-up events, offline retail outlets, etc.
Disclaimer: The customers will be notified in advance in case of any delay in shipments caused due to external forces or any area lockdown. We assure you that we will try our best to have your order delivered in time.
